Job summary

Amazon in Bellevue, WA is seeking a Principal Program Manager to own the strategic vision and execution for the Build plan in North America. You will define a multi-year roadmap for customer engagement and ensure stakeholders can access, understand, and act on forecasting outputs.

You will work with scientists, economists, engineers, and business customers to shape the forecast tools, what-if analyses, and intervention workflows, influencing senior leaders up to SVP level.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of cross-functional work with tech and non-tech teams.
• 7+ years of program or project management experience.
• 7+ years of communicating results to senior leadership.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization.
• Experience defining program requirements and using data/metrics to improve.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic vision and multi-year roadmap for Build plan in North America.
• Lead cross-functional planning with scientists, economists, engineers, and business customers.
• Present to VP/SVP level leaders on forecasts and investment decisions.
• Define customer interaction experience including viewing capabilities and auditing tools.
• Develop what-if analysis frameworks and forecast intervention workflows.
• Drive organizational alignment across teams and stakeholders toward long-term capacity goals.
