Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking an experienced Sr Managers, Program Manager to define the multi-year roadmap for Long Term Capacity, Inventory and Build plans for North America. You will lead a small team of program and product managers, interfacing with scientists, economists, engineers and business customers to shape forecasting tools and what-if analysis workflows.

• 7+ years of team management experience.
• Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, cross-functional planning and strategy workstreams that impact Amazon long term capacity and inventory.
• Regularly present to VP and SVP level leaders.
• Prioritize operational excellence work alongside feature delivery on a roadmap.
• Show strong business acumen with strategic, analytical, and critical thinking.
