Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Project Manager, VELYS Digital Surgery - Thought Leader Liaison to join the Orthopaedics team located in Palm Beach Gardens, FL, Raynham, MA or West Chester, PA. The role manages non-R&D led customer engagement events, HCP contracts, time sheets, services, logistics and documentation for key events.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree is required.
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant business experience is required.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional projects or programs is required.
• Ability to influence without authority and work with cross-functional teams is required.
• Demonstrated success collaborating with internal and external stakeholders is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute commercial advisory board meetings, Innovation Workshops &VoC engagements for DePuy Synthes Digital Surgery.
• Develop thought leader engagement strategy with JR & Digital Customer Experience Team and JIC Leads.
• Collaborate with marketing, clinical and medical affairs, regulatory, R&D and other functions to support strategic plans and objectives.
• Coordinate external engagement strategies across multiple stakeholder groups and products.
• Provide leadership and insights to leadership on relevant activities and thought leader engagements.
• Travel 25-40% may be required.
