District Photo Inc. seeks a QCI Manager to lead the plant's quality and continuous improvement strategy. You will head the QCI team, develop the site’s quality management system, and drive process innovation. This role reports to the QCI Director and serves as the highest QCI authority at the site.

The position emphasizes strategic leadership, data-driven decision making, and collaboration across departments to maintain safety and regulatory compliance while delivering plant results.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the plant’s quality management system.
• Lead strategic CI initiatives and Lean workshops.
• Oversee audits, inspections, and corrective actions.
• Analyze data and trends to drive improvement.
• Ensure accurate documentation and reporting.
• Oversee training and development for the QCI team.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration and share best practices.
• Maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
• Utilize data and metrics to assess effectiveness of quality and CI initiatives.
• Generate regular reports for site and senior leadership.
• Maintain SOPs and ensure documentation accuracy.
• Partner with production, engineering, and other departments.
• Communicate effectively at all levels to drive change.
