Job summary

District Photo Inc. in Phoenix, AZ seeks a QCI Manager to lead the quality and continuous improvement strategy across the plant. You will guide the QCI team, shape and implement the site quality management system, and drive process innovations to improve performance and compliance. This role reports to the QCI Director and provides strategic leadership for plant results and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the plant’s quality management system.
• Lead strategic CI initiatives and Lean workshops.
• Oversee audits, inspections, and corrective actions.
• Analyze data and trends to drive improvement.
• Ensure accurate documentation and reporting.
• Oversee training and development for the QCI team.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration and share best practices.
• Maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
• Utilize data and metrics to assess effectiveness of quality and CI initiatives.
• Generate regular reports for site and senior leadership.
• Maintain SOPs and ensure documentation accuracy.
• Partner with production, engineering, and other departments.
• Communicate effectively at all levels to drive change.
• Significant walking, bending, standing.
• Physical activities include reaching, pulling, pushing, gripping, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Prolonged periods at a desk/computer as needed.
