Job summary

Pratt Industries, Inc. is seeking a Continuous Improvement leader for the Safety and Quality function at the plant. You will drive the Quality Management System, lead CI initiatives, and partner with manufacturing, sales, design, vendors, and customers to meet quality requirements with cost efficiency.

The role requires strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills to implement root cause analysis, corrective actions, and a culture of continuous improvement across the site.

Qualifications

• College degree in manufacturing, engineering, logistics or equivalent.
• Experience in production and logistics within manufacturing.
• Experience in quality system management or plant leadership in manufacturing.
• Proficient with MS Office and statistical software.
• Lean manufacturing, ISO and Six Sigma knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs the Quality Management System at the plant.
• Train and educate the organization in continuous improvement methods.
• Drives costs, quality and service improvements.
• Monitors vendor performance and customer complaints.
• Investigates defects and analyzes quality data.
• Supports safety as a top priority in training and regulatory compliance.
• Ensures right first time quality across plant initiatives.
• Pursues inter-plant synergies and opportunities.
