Job summary

EKHO Infrastructure Solutions (EIS) seeks a Plant Production Planner in King George, VA to own and optimize the plant's production planning and scheduling. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, ensure readiness of materials, tooling, and documentation, and drive on-time delivery across manufacturing operations.

The role requires strong experience in production planning, capacity analysis, and lean improvement, with a focus on precast manufacturing and related processes.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in a related field preferred; experience considered.
• Five+ years in manufacturing operations, production planning, scheduling, or supply chain.
• Ability to manage production schedules independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong grasp of production planning methodologies, capacity planning, and inventory control.
• Proficiency with Excel and ERP/MRP tooling.
• Ability to interpret drawings and technical specs; knowledge of precast concrete desirable.

Responsibilities

• Owns plant production planning and scheduling to align with customer commitments and plant capacity.
• Establish production priorities by evaluating labor, equipment, materials, and delivery schedules.
• Make day-to-day scheduling decisions to maximize efficiency and on-time delivery.
• Lead production planning and backlog review meetings across cross-functional teams.
• Ensure production readiness with drawings, approvals, materials, tooling, and resources.
• Develop capacity plans with Plant Management and optimize production efficiency.
• Identify improvement opportunities and drive initiatives for planning accuracy and inventory control.
