Job summary

You will work with Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement, Engineering, and Logistics to align material, capacity, tooling, and documentation before production release. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-mix, low-volume environment with long lead times, multiple operation sequences, and changing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in production planning and scheduling in a plant environment.
• Strong understanding of MRP, bills of material, routings, and lead times.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed production schedules based on demand and capacity.
• Translate master requirements into shop-floor plans and ensure releases have materials and documentation.
• Monitor MRP outputs and adjust plans to keep production on track.
• Coordinate cross-functionally to align priorities and resolve shortages.
• Maintain visibility of status, bottlenecks, and recovery plans for overdue orders.
• Support on-time delivery by analyzing demand changes and capacity.
