Job summary

Schaeffler Group USA Inc. is seeking a proactive Supply Chain Planner in the United States. The role focuses on planning and scheduling the delivery of parts, materials, and components for production and other supply chain operations.

You will regularly analyze order plans, verify stock availability, and arrange sequences based on demand capacity checks to ensure on-time production. Strong collaboration and monitoring capabilities are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or high school diploma with hands-on experience.
• Solid skills in production planning and MRP.
• Good understanding of demand and capacity analysis and scheduling tools.
• Proficiency in monitoring and coordinating deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule the delivery of parts, materials and components for production or in other supply chain operations as assigned.
• Regularly analyze order plans and verify stock availability (demand/capacity analyses).
• Arrange, schedule and prioritize sequences, quantities and target dates based on DCC (demand capacity checks).
• Determine daily work order sequence and level weekly sequence planning daily.
• Execute load balancing calculations and cooperate with master planning for optimized plans.
• Monitor deliveries as scheduled and propose measures in case of deviation.

• Regularly analyze order plans, and double-check availability of stocks of materials, parts and components (demand/capacity analyses).
• Arrange, schedule and prioritize sequences, quantities and target date based on DCC (demand capacity checks).
• Determine daily work order sequence, and level weekly sequence planning on a daily basis.
• Execute load balancing calculations, and cooperate with master planning for optimized plans.
• Monitor deliveries as scheduled, and propose measures in case of deviation.

Your Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or High School Diploma with relevant hands‑on experience
• Solid skills in production planning and material requirements planning (MRP)
• Good understanding of demand and capacity analysis as well as scheduling tools
• Proficiency in monitoring and coordinating deliveries
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
