SteveRecruiter, LLC seeks an experienced Plant Controller to join the plant leadership team and steer financial operations for a complex manufacturing facility. You will partner with operations to drive profitability, manage budgeting and forecasting, and lead the accounting team.

You will oversee costing, inventory controls, capital planning, and financial reporting while ensuring compliance with GAAP and corporate policies.

Formación

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
7-10 years of Controller or Plant Controller experience in manufacturing.
Strong financial leadership in a complex manufacturing operation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/accounting systems.

Responsabilidades

Lead all plant financial operations including reporting, budgeting, forecasting, standard costing, capital planning and inventory controls.
Develop and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and analyses.
Partner with Plant Leadership to provide financial guidance for strategic and operational decisions.
Analyze manufacturing costs and performance to identify opportunities for profitability improvement.
Lead month-end and year-end close and maintain inventory accounting controls.
