Job summary

Job Juncture seeks a Plant Controller for a large East Tennessee manufacturing plant. You will lead financial reporting at the plant and divisional levels as part of the plant leadership team, with two direct reports.

Qualified candidates have 10+ years in manufacturing accounting, 3 years in Controller/Assistant Controller/Accounting Manager, and a BS in Accounting or Finance. Strong Excel skills are essential. Relocation assistance is available within a global corporation.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years experience in manufacturing accounting roles.
• 3 years experience as Controller, Assistant Controller, or Accounting Manager.
• BS degree in Accounting, Finance, or a similar field.
• Strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the P&L statement and perform financial analysis.
• Reconcile the general ledger.
• Communicate financial information to plant leadership.
• Interact with other plant locations as part of a global corporation.
• Oversee two direct reports.
