Job summary

Inovar Packaging Group LLC is seeking a Plant Controller to oversee the financial integrity of the manufacturing facility, including accounting, inventory, cost accounting, internal controls, and compliance. You will lead the plant accounting team and partner with plant leadership and Corporate Finance to drive profitability and cash flow.

The role focuses on strategic financial leadership, evaluating drivers of the business, and delivering actionable recommendations to improve performance

Responsibilities

• Lead accounting team and serve as primary financial partner to plant leadership and Corporate Finance.
• Analyze financial results, trends, variances, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and weekly forecasts to support plant leadership decision-making.
• Oversee inventory management, cost accounting, and job costing; ensure standard costs are up-to-date.
• Maintain strong internal controls and GAAP compliance; coordinate audits.
• Drive automation, reporting improvements, and operational financial insights.
