Job summary

Graphic Packaging International in Staunton, VA, seeks a Plant Controller to lead financial decision-making for the Americas Packaging Division. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a business-related field.
Minimum 5–7 years in an accounting/finance role.
Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Office.
ERP experience; SAP preferred.
Travel 5–10%.

Responsibilities

Partner with plant management and serve as a member of the Site Leadership team; review month-end results including P&L and balance sheet variances.
Prepare monthly close, forecasts, and annual budgets; provide financial analysis and insights.
Lead development and analysis of the annual operating plan; oversee revenue/expense reporting.
Perform ad hoc analyses of financial and operating metrics to support business decisions.
Ensure compliance with SOX and support CI initiatives and capital spending requests.
