Job summary

Ashton North LLC seeks an experienced Plant Controller to lead financial operations for a manufacturing facility. You will oversee reporting, budgeting, forecasting, standard costing, capital planning, and inventory controls, while expanding the Accounting team's capabilities and partnering with plant leadership to drive profitability.

You will drive financial performance through accurate analysis, internal controls, and collaboration with operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• 7-10 years of Controller/Plant Controller experience in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead all financial operations for the manufacturing facility with accurate reporting.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and management analysis.
• Develop the annual operating budget, business plan and forecasts.
• Partner with Plant Leadership to guide strategic and operational decisions.
• Manage standard costing, inventory valuation, and cost controls.
• Lead month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring GAAP compliance.
