Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Materials Management, Logistics, Operations, Business, Accounting or related field.
• 2+ years Materials Control or Buyer experience; experience with MRP/ERP; SAP experience.

Responsabilités

• Purchase productive and non-productive supplies from established suppliers.
• Control inventory and related costs to support production schedules.
• Collaborate with Corporate Purchasing to maximize SAP support for customers and inter-company transfers.
• Prepare material requisitions and orders with approved suppliers detailing specs, quantities, pricing, due dates and shipping info.
• Coordinate with Materials Supervisor/Manager on plant capacity, due dates and supplier requests.
• Develop materials strategy to maximize customer satisfaction and meet inventory targets.
• Maintain purchasing records and documentation; manage non-conforming and obsolete materials.
