Job summary

Stored Energy Systems (SENS) in Longmont, CO seeks a Manager, Planning & Scheduling to lead our production scheduling and operations planning team. You will own scheduling performance across all product lines and partner with IT on SyteLine APS/MRP configuration, driving schedule risk management and capacity planning.

This is a people-leadership role with growth opportunities. You will manage cross-functional relations with Sales, Production, Procurement, and Customer Support, coaching team

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in production scheduling, master scheduling, or materials/production planning in manufacturing.
• People-management or leadership experience.
• Hands-on ERP/MRP planning modules experience; Infor SyteLine preferred.
• Strong knowledge of BOMs, lead times, safety stock, capacity planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the planning and scheduling team, including Master Scheduler and Operations Planner roles.
• Set performance expectations and support team development.
• Own planning and scheduling performance across product lines including on-time delivery and forecast accuracy.
• Represent Planning & Fulfillment in S&OP and cross-functional reviews.
