Job summary

Greystone seeks a Planning and Real Estate Analyst in New York, NY to support project managers on real estate, asset management, transit-oriented development, and client initiatives. You will perform financial analyses, market research, land use reviews, and prepare deliverables for internal teams and clients.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s degree in business, urban planning, or related fields with 2+ years of experience, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and familiarity with GIS, Yardi, or data

Qualifications

• Master's degree in business, urban planning, real estate, public policy, economics, or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of professional work experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis and communicate findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Support real estate, asset management, transit-oriented development, land use and revenue projects for public agency clients.
• Prepare financial analyses, including cash flow models and revenue/expense projections.
• Conduct market, demographic, economic and policy research and summarize findings.
• Review zoning and land use documents to identify development considerations.
• Draft reports, memoranda, presentations, and supporting materials; assist with project coordination.
