Greystone Real Estate Advisory Group seeks a Planning and Real Estate Analyst to support project managers on real estate, asset management, transit-oriented development, land use, and client initiatives through financial analysis, market research, data collection, and report preparation.

The Analyst will work closely with clients and internal teams to produce clear, accurate deliverables and recommendations, with a Master's degree or equivalent experience and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills

Formación

• Master's degree in business, urban planning, real estate, public policy, economics, or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; familiarity with GIS or real estate platforms is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis, and communicate findings clearly in reports and presentations.

Responsabilidades

• Support real estate, asset management, transit-oriented development, land use, and revenue-generation projects for public agency clients.
• Prepare financial analyses including cash flow models, revenue/expense projections, and scenario comparisons.
