Job summary

Marketlab is seeking a Senior Manager of Planning and Procurement to lead Demand Planning, Supply Planning and Purchasing across our distribution and manufacturing channels. You will modernize planning architecture, optimize capital usage, and improve vendor execution to meet healthcare partner requirements.

Reporting to the Director of Supply Chain, you will align KPIs with corporate targets, build scalable SOPs, and mentor a high-performing team to drive continuous improvement and reliable

Qualifications

8+ years in supply chain planning/procurement in high-SKU distribution or global sourcing.
4+ years in leadership of supply chain teams.
Advanced experience with NetSuite ERP or major ERP systems and analytical planning tools.
APICS or similar certifications desirable.

Responsibilities

Lead Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Purchasing across distribution and manufacturing.
Design, implement, and govern KPI framework (forecast accuracy, OTIF, inventory turns).
Oversee replenishment strategy for internal manufacturing operations.
Drive continuous improvement via KPI trends, root-cause analyses, and cross-functional refinements.
Ensure high product availability for major healthcare systems and distributors.
