Job summary

You will develop strategic plans, translate strategy into objectives and KPIs, and build dashboards and reports to monitor progress. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least four years of relevant experience, with strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
• Previous VA or VHA experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical and project management skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including project management tools.
• Proficiency in strategic planning tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans that align IT initiatives with strategy and business needs.
• Translate strategy into measurable objectives, KPIs, milestones, and roadmaps.
• Develop dashboards, scorecards, and reports to monitor progress.
• Analyze operational, financial, and performance data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Integrate data from multiple sources for leadership insights and decision-support.
• Create executive dashboards and briefing materials for senior leadership.
• Facilitate data-driven performance reviews with leadership.
• Develop leading/lagging indicators to monitor performance and risks.
• Forecast, run scenario analyses, and assess resource impacts.
• Evaluate initiatives based on alignment, impact, cost, and feasibility.
• Maintain strategic planning documentation and governance artifacts.
• Facilitate cross-functional planning sessions and stakeholder engagement.
