Job summary

Net Impact is seeking a Management Analyst in Public Services to support strategic planning, performance measurement, and program evaluation across city divisions. You will develop performance metrics, conduct cost analyses, and assist with budget planning while ensuring accurate data reporting and dashboards.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and several years of experience in analytics or process improvement within a large organization; Lean Six Sigma preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, accounting, finance, business administration, or related area with one year of direct experience in consulting, leading teams, improving processes, facilitating performance management, or strategic planning.
• Valid driver's license required at time of hire and continue to be eligible for employment.
• Lean Six Sigma White Belt certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists the Director of Public Services in managing and coordinating the development and implementation of department-wide goals, objectives, policies, and priorities.
• Develops long-term strategic plans and annual operating performance plans with clear program strategies for measuring performance and customer service.
• Develops performance measures, tracks outcomes, and creates efficiency and quality metrics for day-to-day management.
• Prepares business plans and performance objectives aligned with strategic plans and with measurable benchmarks.
• Monitors efficiency and effectiveness of the department’s structure, staffing, service levels, and systems; identifies opportunities for improvements.
• Reviews programs to solve operational problems and develops measures to manage performance data for managers and policymakers.
