Job summary

TaylorMade Golf seeks a Senior Planning and Operations Manager to lead end-to-end planning across demand, supply, and inventory, ensuring products reach customers in time to maximize sales and profitability.

You will own demand forecasting, supply planning, OTB, and inventory strategies, partnering with Merchandising, Sales, Service, Order Management, Marketing, and Logistics to align GTM launches with pre-season and in-season cycles.

Qualifications

• Experience leading end-to-end planning across demand, supply and inventory.
• Strong data analytics to improve forecast accuracy and inventory strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead demand forecasting integrating statistical models, sell-through data, market trends, and cross-functional inputs.
• steer both demand and supply planning to deliver accurate, timely forecasts and ensure alignment with financial forecasts.
• Develop in-season category forecasts and coordinate with Merchandising, Sales, and Supply Chain.
• Translate demand forecasts into supply plans and manage capacity, lead-times, and buy decisions.
• Build annual, seasonal and monthly OTB models aligned with revenue plans and DIO strategies.
• Establish regional inventory allocation strategies and manage replenishment across channels.
