Qualifications

• 10+ years in supply chain, planning, or operations.
• Experience in demand/supply planning and business planning roles.
• Experience in complex, global, cross-functional environments.
• Advanced expertise in supply chain planning and execution.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; data-driven decisions.
• Ability to operate independently in complex, ambiguous settings.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into actionable planning strategies.
• Continuous improvement mindset focusing on efficiency and simplification.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning activities across the portfolio.
• Connect demand, supply, and execution to deliver optimal outcomes.
• Drive complex planning decisions and identify risks and opportunities.
• Improve conversion, customer experience, inventory health, and financial performance.
• Stabilize and optimize end-to-end planning across regions.
• Ensure demand/supply matching and execution alignment.
• Improve planning accuracy, responsiveness, and issue resolution.
• Drive prioritization across products, channels, and customers.
• Optimize allocation decisions in constrained environments.
• Coordinate with Customer Operations and Category teams.
• Develop and leverage KPIs to track execution gaps and outcomes.
• Improve reporting consistency and transparency for performance.
• Implement process improvements across planning flows.
• Leverage automation, analytics, and AI-driven insights.
• Align with global planning standards and transformation initiatives.
• Act as a key interface between supply chain, category, finance, and operations.
• Align stakeholders on priorities, risks, and trade-offs.
