Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of production planning, master scheduling, or supply chain planning experience in a semiconductor/high-tech environment.
• Strong knowledge of SYSPRO and SAP MRP/ERP systems and planning parameters.
• Experience managing MRP accuracy, inventory performance, and production planning in complex manufacturing.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end MRP process, ensuring data integrity, planning accuracy, and system effectiveness.
• Analyze forecast demand, customer orders, inventory levels, lead times, and production capacity to create schedules.
• Partner with Supply Chain to ensure timely material availability and mitigate long-lead-time risks.
• Communicate schedule changes and constraints across all levels of the organization.
• Lead warehouse operations, inventory control, material flow, and staff development.
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, inventory optimization, and customer satisfaction.
• Provide leadership and performance management for warehouse staff.
