Qualifications

• 4+ years of production planning or supply chain planning in semiconductor/high-tech manufacturing.
• Experience with SYSPRO and SAP MRP/ERP systems.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end MRP process, ensuring data integrity and schedule accuracy.
• Analyze forecast demand, orders, inventory, lead times, and capacity to create schedules.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain to ensure material availability and mitigate long-lead risks.
• Communicate schedule changes and recovery plans across the organization.
• Lead cross-functional planning meetings and provide capacity and risk recommendations.
• Monitor KPIs: on-time delivery, inventory turns, and forecast accuracy.
• Identify and resolve supply-demand imbalances and bottlenecks.
• Support new product introductions and ramp activities with Engineering and Operations.
• Maintain master data and BOMs for optimal ERP/MRP performance.
• Drive process improvements for efficiency and customer satisfaction.
