Hubbell Incorporated is seeking a Materials Manager for the Meramec facility to ensure material availability and align demand with capacity, inventory, and production plans. You will lead an integrated Materials organization and drive supply chain performance using SAP and disciplined processes.

The role focuses on planning, purchasing, inventory management, and scheduling to meet customer delivery commitments and long-term business goals.

Formación

• 7+ years in materials management, supply chain, or production planning.
• 3+ years leadership in planning, purchasing, scheduling, or materials.
• Experience with SAP MM/PP and MRP.
• Experience leading ERP implementations.
• Make-to-order (MTO) experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a team of Production Planning/Scheduling and Purchasing.
• Manage material availability using SAP MM/PP.
• Oversee daily MRP review and resolve planning exceptions.
• Coordinate production schedules to meet material availability and on-time delivery.
• Monitor inventory levels, accuracy, and turns.
• Set planning parameters and maintain master data integrity.
• Collaborate with suppliers to improve delivery and reduce lead times.
• Drive continuous improvement in inventory optimization and planning.
• Champion SAP process adoption and organizational changes.
• Analyze capacity constraints and demand changes to develop action plans.
• Monitor KPIs like schedule attainment, inventory performance, supplier delivery, and customer service.
