Job summary

Karman Space & Defense seeks a Planning Manager to lead the Planning organization, own planning processes, standards, and execution to ensure on‑time delivery and strong operational performance.

You will guide planning priorities, oversee resource allocation, and collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Quality to drive continuous improvement across program and value stream planning.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• CPIM certification or associate's degree preferred.
• Six+ years in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Leads the Planning organization, managing priorities and resources.
• Owns and improves Planning processes and standards.
• Serves as functional owner for EPICOR ERP and data integrity.
• Oversees production and program planning to meet customer needs.
• Drives capacity planning and cross-functional coordination.
• Leads continuous improvement in planning efficiency and accuracy.
