Job summary

Vibrant Emotional Health seeks a Manager, Strategic Planning for the 988 Lifeline initiative. This remote role coordinates cross-functional projects, partnering with 988, Vibrant, and SAMHSA teams to ensure compliance with grant requirements and timely delivery.

You will manage multiple projects, report progress to senior leadership, and develop strategies to optimize grant development and reporting processes, while aligning with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• With a Master's degree, 3+ years of experience accepted.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leaders across 988, Vibrant, and SAMHSA to drive operational success and grant requirements.
• Build relationships across levels to create structures and systems that support teams.
• Be a strategic thinker and proactive problem solver, wearing multiple hats as needed.
• Raise issues and propose solutions with leaders at all levels.
