Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, supply chain or equivalent preferred.
• 7 years of supply chain experience with minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Solid understanding of ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Strong communication, organizational, analytical and cross-functional skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee production planning, materials management, inventory control, logistics and order fulfillment.
• Lead S&OP collaboration to align operations with business goals.
• Manage Port Newark logistics operations and external warehouse coordination.
• Develop budgets and approve expenditures for supplies and labor.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to product distribution.
• Monitor inventory, throughput and delivery performance.
