Job summary

USAA Life Insurance Company in San Antonio, TX seeks a Business Strategy and Planning Manager to drive strategic planning, governance and execution for the Member Value organization. You will partner with executive management to connect strategy to execution, delivering analyses of performance, opportunities and trends that inform decision-making.

This role requires in-office presence at least four days per week in San Antonio, with relocation not offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; 4+ years in strategy planning/ execution.
• Experience leading strategic and operational planning, governance and performance reviews.
• Proven ability to align priorities and drive cross-functional initiatives across a large organization.

Responsibilities

• Supports development and coordination of Member Value strategy, strategic priorities and execution plans with Senior leadership.
• Establishes strategic and operational frameworks to meet short- and long-term goals and measurable outcomes.
• Translates strategy into integrated plans, roadmaps, governance routines and decision support for coordinated execution.
• Leads governance and operating rhythms that align priorities with broader strategy and objectives.
• Partners with senior leaders to develop near- and long-term plans and facilitate strategy-to-execution transitions.
• Synthesizes insights and performance data to identify risks, opportunities and inform decisions.
