Cisco is seeking a Strategy & Planning Lead to partner with S&P leadership, translate sales metrics into executive narratives, and shape global priorities. You will bridge data analytics with strategy to influence investment decisions and growth across the company.

You will drive end-to-end executive storytelling, deliver quarterly outlooks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and business entities to align incentives and governance for high-impact pivots.

Qualifications

• 6-8+ years in corporate strategy, management consulting, or sales strategy within a global tech enterprise.
• 3+ years of executive communication and narrative synthesis for director/VP/executive audiences.
• 3+ years of structured problem solving, hypothesis-driven analysis, and top-down communication frameworks.
• 2+ years with business metrics, financial modeling, and sales performance analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end executive narratives and quarterly business outlooks for SLT/ELT.
• Structure and solve complex strategic challenges across Security & Networking.
• Translate data into top-down insights and executive decision support.
• Bridge cross-functional BE S&P leads to align messaging and governance.
• Develop streamlined presentation frameworks to evaluate trade-offs and pivot strategies.
