Cisco Systems, Inc. is seeking a Strategy & Planning Lead (IC) to architect executive narratives and decision frameworks for the Global Security & Networking Sales Strategy & Planning organization.

You will partner with S&P leadership to translate analytics into compelling stories, guiding performance evaluation and investment allocation across global markets. This role emphasizes top-down communication and strategic alignment.

Qualifications

• 6-8+ years of progressive experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, or sales strategy within a global tech enterprise.
• 3+ years of high level executive communication and narrative synthesis for Director/VP/executive audiences.
• 3+ years of mastery in structured problem solving and top-down communication frameworks.
• 2+ years with business metrics, financial modeling, and sales performance analytics.
• 2+ years as an IC in a highly matrixed environment, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end executive narrative leadership for SLT/ELT, including QBOs and strategic readouts.
• Structure ambiguous strategic problems across Security & Networking and GTM evolution.
• Distill financial, bookings, and operational data into top-down insights for decision support.
• Bridge BE, Geo S&P leaders, and teams to align messaging and drive consensus on key asks.
