Cisco Systems, Inc. is seeking a Strategy & Planning Lead (IC) to craft executive narratives translating analytics into strategic priorities. You will partner with S&P leadership to structure decisions, align across business entities, and shape investment choices.

In this role, you will translate complex metrics into clear stories for directors, VPs, and senior leadership, guiding strategic pivots and GTM evolution in a global technology environment.

Qualifications

6-8+ years of progressive experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, or sales strategy & operations.
3+ years of executive communication and narrative synthesis for director-level audiences.
2+ years with business metrics, financial modeling, and sales performance analytics.

Responsibilities

SLT & ELT narrative leadership: design, synthesize, and deliver quarterly business readouts.
Structured problem solving across Security & Networking markets and GTM models.
Translate data into top-down insights for executive decision support.
Cross-functional alignment across BEs and S&P leads to unify messaging and drive consensus.
Develop governance models to enable leadership in decision making.
