Cisco is seeking a Strategy & Planning Lead (IC) to partner with S&P leadership, translating sales metrics and market dynamics into compelling executive narratives. You will shape strategic priorities, bridge analytics with business strategy, and drive investment decisions across global teams.

You will craft end-to-end executive readouts, influence cross-functional alignment, and deliver structured problem solving to enable growth and pivot opportunities at the SLT/ELT level.

Qualifications

• 6-8+ years in corporate strategy, management consulting, or sales strategy & operations in a global tech enterprise.
• 3+ years of executive communication and narrative synthesis for Director/ VP/ executive audiences.
• 3+ years of structured problem solving and top-down communication frameworks.
• 2+ years with business metrics, financial modeling, and sales analytics.
• 2+ years as an influential IC in a highly matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• SLT & ELT narrative leadership: design and deliver quarterly business outlooks and strategic readouts.
• Structure ambiguous challenges across Security & Networking and GTM model evolution.
• Translate data into top-down insights and executive decision support.
• Bridge BEs, Geo S&P leads, and teams to align messaging and governance.
• Develop governance models that enable leadership to evaluate trade-offs and pivots.
