Boeing in San Antonio, TX seeks a Lead Strategy Development Specialist to shape long-range plans for MRO operations and drive cross-functional alignment. You will lead high-level analyses and integrate strategies across units to enable informed decision-making, budgeting and forecasting.

The ideal candidate brings strong financial acumen, project management experience and the ability to coordinate across business units in a complex, global environment.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience building relationships and partnering with all levels of employees, including leaders and executives.
• 3+ years of experience developing and deploying organizational plans or strategies.
• 5+ years of experience in roles requiring conceptual, creative, and consultative problem solving in complex environments.

Responsabilidades

• GTO Core Role for business planning and integration, new proposals, estimating, work placement, and factory aircraft planning
• Financial Management and Business Proposals / Capital Expenses and Forecast / IAD Projects and Forecast
• Oversees, develops, coordinates, integrates, analyzes, and maintains integrated plans and schedules for highly complex or difficult projects, programs and change driven activities to execute in accordance with project management industry standards
• Directs and provides high level studies/analysis (trend, variance, impact), determines scope, reports, and oversight of planning requests. Identifies risk and opportunity potential, develops mitigation planning and refines the business case.
• Develops and executes the process and strategy for the integration of plans and schedules. Consults and recommends integrated planning, scheduling, change and baseline management, processes, techniques and tools to management considered to be best practices across the industry.
• Primary project contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectives.
• Authorizes commitment of resources by obtaining approvals from stakeholders.
• Oversees deployment of approved recommendations at Division, Business Unit, and/or Enterprise levels
