Responsibilities

• GTO core role for business planning, proposals, estimating, and factory aircraft planning.
• Finance management, proposals, capital expenses, and forecast for IAD projects.
• Oversees integrated plans and schedules for complex projects per PM standards.
• Directs high-level studies, identifies risks, and refines the business case.
• Develops the process for integrating plans and schedules; advises on best practices.
• Primary project contact to establish stakeholder requirements and objectives.
• Authorizes resource commitments from stakeholders and deploys approved recommendations.
