Job summary

Reporting to the VP of Strategy, you will produce dashboards and executive-ready reports, support leadership with strategic narratives, and help translate strategy into actionable programs while guiding cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in strategic consulting, planning, or related roles with a record of high performance.
• Proven experience in enterprise-level planning and measurement processes.
• Demonstrated ability to align strategy with execution, ensuring successful outcomes for complex initiatives.
• Strong analytical, facilitation, and project management skills, with experience working closely with leadership teams.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities, including ability to create presentations and models.
• Experience in the nonprofit or mission-driven sector preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage annual and multi-year strategic planning processes with materials for planning activities.
• Collaborate with leadership and coordinate with teams across the organization for alignment and cross-functional collaboration.
• Provide trends, landscape, and market analysis to inform strategic decision making.
• Track and monitor organizational initiatives for alignment with strategy.
• Translate mission and vision into clear, measurable strategic goals and outcomes.
• Prepare strategy discussions and working sessions with internal teams to foster collaboration.
• Act as strategic partner for department leaders implementing goals and work plans.
• Create clear, actionable reports, templates, and dashboards to communicate progress.
• Monitor key strategic projects related to growth and innovation.
• Develop performance metrics and evaluation frameworks to track impact of initiatives across the organization.
• Provide regular reporting and insights for executive team, Board, and leadership.
• Support executive level leadership activities and prepare strategy decks and narratives for senior leaders and external stakeholders.
