Talantir in New York seeks a Senior Director of Brand Marketing to drive the next phase of brand growth, reporting to the Head of Brand Marketing during maternity leave coverage. You will translate brand vision into cohesive campaigns and ensure alignment across creative, social, PR, partnerships, community, and content teams.

As a seasoned leader, you will oversee cross-functional execution, elevate storytelling, and scale processes, planning, and performance across brand touchpoints.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years in brand or creative marketing leadership.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary brand/creative teams.
• Strong background in campaign development and execution.
• Ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels.
• Experience in consumer, lifestyle, DTC, or premium brand environments preferred.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
• Highly collaborative leadership style.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, evolving company.
