Job summary

Lockheed Martin Space in Littleton, CO seeks a Staff Strategic Planner to join the Enterprise Strategy team. This role leads high-visibility, strategic engagements and supports BA partners including MSACs, LOBs, and leadership.

You will drive strategic initiatives, corporate planning cycle workstreams, and ad hoc projects in partnership with cross-functional teams. You will contribute to strategic insights, plan execution, and continuous improvement initiatives across LM Space and LM Corporate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of related experience in strategic planning, program management, engineering, or business development.
• Exceptional PowerPoint and strong Excel skills.
• Experience using PowerPoint to communicate strategic insights to executive audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• US Citizen with ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Analysis Support - Lead strategic planning and analysis engagements with LM Space leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Project Management & Execution - Lead cross-functional project teams to drive strategic initiatives for LM Corporate Headquarters and Space.
• Stakeholder Communication - Prepare executive decks and presentations for broad stakeholder audiences.
• Strategic Insight & Continuous Improvement - Analyze portfolio strategies to identify technology gaps and stay current on market trends.
