Wismettac Asian Foods, Inc. is seeking a Corporate Planning Senior Associate to drive data-driven strategic initiatives and strengthen the company’s planning infrastructure. You will lead major projects, liaise with Global HQ in Japan, and mentor junior staff while maintaining a broad strategic perspective.

The role emphasizes quantitative analysis, KPI framing, and investment assessment, with opportunities to shape long-term corporate strategy across departments.

Competenze

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration/Management, Economics, Finance or Accounting, Statistics or Business Analytics.
• Master degree in a relevant quantitative field preferred.
• 5 to 7 years of similar work experience in business administration, strategy, or related field.
• Substantial experience in strategic planning, management consulting, or a senior corporate staff role.
• Experience leading complex improvement projects related to Supply Chain, Logistics, or Sales optimization.

• Establish and enhance corporate planning functions to develop long-term strategies aligned with the company's vision and mission, leveraging deep data-driven insights across all departments.
• Develop and implement robust frameworks to execute corporate activities, including KPI monitoring, cost reduction strategies, and risk management using analytical tools and dashboards.
• Oversee and manage business operations for corporate projects and affiliated companies, utilizing data analytics to identify efficiencies and strategic investments.
• Collaborate with Global HQ in Japan to implement global practices and ensure consistent data reporting and standards.
• Lead and support initiatives focused on improving, innovating, and transforming the organization via quantitative analysis.
• Lead projects to modernize and optimize operations across Supply Chain, Logistics, Sales, and Operations with data-driven insights.
• Structure and manage all aspects of key programs and projects, including objectives, plans, cross-functional engagement, and documentation.
• Conduct complex analyses and manage capital investment applications, including new warehouses and potential M&A opportunities.
