Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with inventory planning and allocation processes.
• Ability to assist in creating and processing purchase orders.
• Familiarity with vendor communication and invoice resolution.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute inventory planning and allocation to maintain product availability across locations.
• Create purchase orders and manage PO changes and schedules.
• Interface with vendors, accounts payable, vendor master, and logistics to resolve issues.
• Monitor shipping quantities and update inventory information in the system.
• Resolve invoice issues and ensure timely payments.
