Central States Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking a Planning Manager in Arkansas to lead forecasting, inventory planning, and the IBP process across product lines.

You will coordinate with Purchasing, Operations, Sales, and Finance to align demand with production, optimize working capital, and implement data-driven planning. As an Employee-Owner, you will benefit from stock ownership and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive planning or supply chain experience.
• Experience leading a planning team and IBP/S&OP process.
• Proficiency with ERP and planning systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly forecasting and IBP process for assigned categories and locations.
• Coordinate cross-functional planning with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Purchasing.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and implement continuous improvement actions.
• Oversee inventory strategy and working capital goals.
• Supervise planning staff and ensure governance of data and processes.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
