Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Accounting with 1 year of inventory management experience or 3 years in inventory-related areas.
• Proven experience in inventory management, control, and optimization.
• Experience using Microsoft database applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory management operations aligned with business goals and customer needs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to support inventory plans and initiatives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop associates by assigning duties, training, and accountability.
• Manage profit and loss related to inventory, including forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in inventory processes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to identify improvements and implement continuous enhancements.
• Monitor returns, recalls, and debit memo processes with accuracy and timely resolution.
• Present inventory performance results and insights to senior leadership regularly.
