Colby College seeks a Director of Planning and Strategy to advance the institution's priorities and support the Office of the President. The role partners with senior leaders to lead cross-functional projects, conduct research and analyses, and translate priorities into action from concept through execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
• Five or more years of progressively responsible experience in strategic planning, higher education administration, project or program management, external funding development, or related fields.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex projects or initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and organizational units.
• Demonstrated experience conducting research and analysis and translating findings into actionable recommendations.
• Experience developing high level written materials, presentations, proposals, or executive communications.

Responsabilités

• Lead College-wide strategic initiatives, including work plans, timelines, and deliverables across units.
• Advance external funding opportunities in partnership with Advancement, the President, and senior leadership.
• Draft, edit, and present executive reports and briefing materials for the President and Board.
