Job summary

Ferrero is seeking a Director, Business Strategy & Planning in Parsippany, NJ to shape North America’s strategic priorities and translate them into actionable plans. You will lead cross-functional efforts, develop executive presentations, and partner with senior leaders to drive performance and decisions.

You will own the strategic planning cycle, refine scorecards, and deliver clear insights to the Chief Business Officer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, finance, or related field.
• MBA or other advanced degree strongly preferred.
• Experience in strategic planning, business strategy, or business operations with a track record of moving from analysis to execution.
• Strategy consulting experience strongly preferred.
• Experience working with senior executives across functions in a complex, global organization.
• Ability to structure ambiguous requests, craft narratives, and develop polished executive presentations.

Responsibilities

• Drive the North America strategic planning process across functions, shaping priorities and delivering planning materials and presentations.
• Translate strategic plans into action with leadership routines, milestones, and performance measures.
• Develop executive presentations and written content for North America and global leadership forums; structure messages and recommendations.
• Prepare for sensitive meetings with senior leaders; align stakeholders and ensure materials are ready for discussion.
• Develop and refine executive scorecards and reporting to show performance, progress, and risks/opportunities.
• Analyze financial, commercial, market, and operational data to identify trends and action steps.
• Lead or support cross-functional strategic initiatives; define work, manage milestones, and deliver outcomes.
• Identify and implement process improvements to strengthen planning and decision-making.
