Qualifications

• Advanced degree in materials science or related field; PhD preferred.
• Experience leading global or matrixed teams.
• Proven ability to translate customer workflows into portfolio decisions.

Responsibilities

• Align the global applications talent pool with priority markets and commitments.
• Define strategy, governance, planning cadences, and handoffs across Global, R&D and Regional Field Applications.
• Partner with regional leaders to align standards, training, and reusable content priorities.
• Ensure delivery of field training and sales-content including webinars, seminars, and application notes.
• Lead, coach and develop global scientific talent and succession plans.
• Own a rolling three-year plan for scientific novelty and NPI execution with regional readiness.
• Represent the scientific customer in product specs, data validation, and feasibility studies.
