The role requires strong leadership, urban planning knowledge, and the ability to manage complex planning activities with a focus on timely delivery and client satisfaction. Evening meetings are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in planning or related field; Master’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and participates in advanced planning and development projects.
• Coordinate tasks with Bowman divisions to implement projects on time and within client expectations.
• Represent clients at councils, boards, and meetings to influence development policies.
• Engage with offices regionally to grow Bowman’s sphere of influence nationwide.
• Attend evening and weekend meetings as needed.
