Job summary

Bowman Consulting is seeking a Planning Project Manager to join our team in Naples, FL. You will lead planning analyses, coordinate with clients and consultants, and guide entitlement processes for residential, non-residential, and mixed-use projects.

You will manage project teams, maintain client relationships, and ensure timely progress against milestones while contributing to policy interpretation and regulatory coordination across jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in planning or related discipline is required.
• Master's degree in related field preferred.
• Registered Professional Planner in applicable state is preferred.
• 7+ years of project management experience in planning/development projects.
• 3+ years as assistant project manager.

Responsibilities

• Receive broad guidance from management on key objectives and execution parameters.
• Manage people and processes to ensure effective project execution.
• Coordinate with client and consultant teams and facilitate jurisdiction reviews.
• Market the firm to establish new clients and strengthen existing relationships.
• Lead planning analyses, site evaluations, and entitlement efforts for diverse projects.
