Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a discipline related to Planning and Community Economic Development.
• Eight years of professional community development, planning, or public administration and management experience in a municipality.
• Strong leadership with budgets, grants, and supervision experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and development activities across boards and commissions.
• Develop policy, program planning, and fiscal management for the department.
• Coordinate land use regulation, planning, and redevelopment efforts.
• Provide professional advice to Town Manager and Town Council.
