Job summary

Kent Moore Cabinets is seeking a Planning Team Coordinator to manage bid and pricing needs for partners and internal teams. You will craft builder specifications, maintain pricing spreadsheets, and serve as the account manager for selected builders under the Planning Team Manager.

You will submit bids, maintain master files, and ensure all project documentation remains publishable and current. You will collaborate with drafting and sales to support bid projects, review layouts before publishing,

Qualifications

• Proficient in office programs and quick to learn new software.
• Proficient with KMC interface and bid system (Launch/Environments).
• Competent in builder blueprint interpretation.
• Competent in KMC layout interpretation (Microvellum).
• Able to plan and prioritize work.
• Detail oriented.
• Knowledge of KMC processes preferred.
• Business degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process bid and pricing needs for existing and potential partners.
• Create and manage builder specifications per directions.
• Create and manage builder pricing spreadsheets per directions.
• Account manager for builders assigned by Planning Team Manager.
• Bid submission and Master File management for clients.
• Coordinate with drafting for related bid projects.
• Coordinate with sales for related bid/job projects.
• Manage publishable documentation (Customer References, SharePoint, Teams).
• Review layouts produced by drafting before publishing.
